I was hung up on by the employee. Had to call 11 times to get a response only to be told " the firewood manager would call me back" to no avail. Real lousy customer service. If you need wood for smoking meat go to the competition even if it a longer drive.

Friendly staff, good wood for smoking and camping. Definitely gonna come here again!
