On August 5 around 5:44 PM at the Fry Road and Madison Avenue intersection, a driver from HSC Pavement Maintenance honked aggressively at me during a legal U-turn and made an obscene hand gesture. I contacted the company directly to report the behavior and gave them a chance to respond. That was over 10 days ago. They never replied. Completely unprofessional conduct from someone representing a business. Below is the image of the driver flipping me off. Very unprofessional.
