We scheduled an appt weeks in advance to have an estimate done. At the time of scheduling, I told Randy (who would be doing that estimate) that I worked in the mornings until 10:30am but would be home by the time of the appt. We scheduled an 11am appt, with a "window" of 11am-2pm. On the day of the appt, I received a call at 10:10am from Randy asking to confirm. Then at 10:14am I receive a text from him asking that I confirm in the next 15 mins or he would cancel. At 10:34am he cancelled our app

I had an excellent experience using Randy at Howsmart to install a security door at my condo. He provided some helpful advise when he provided his quote along with a fair price.
