I felt the report was extremely thorough picking up on items I hadn’t noticed. Although not testing particular moving parts for fear of damage doesn’t help me know if they’re operational. If that’s your policy, that’s that, but I still need to know if they are in working condition, because I’m considering purchasing this property. Thank you for your lengthy report.
