Very disappointed with Houston Inspections' Invasive Stucco Inspection service. Their inspection of our property in April 2022, missed critical stucco issues, particularly on the balcony. A subsequent inspection in mid-2024 by another company revealed multiple problems, including substrate damage and large separations, in areas Houston Inspections failed to examine. This oversight has cost us dearly. We lost a potential buyer when selling our house and faced unexpected repair costs of up to $28,

I do not recommend Houston inspections. I called and discussed the services for a home inspection at 27 country classic cir for Friday, August 30th. Spent twenty minutes with original person on the phone (that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable) discussing the visual stucco inspection, roof inspection via drone, IR inspection and foundation differential inspections - all sounded good.
