Wayne did a fantastic job bringing our concept to reality. We needed a guest house and RV garage built. Wayne helps us solidify the plans, got them approved through the county and started work. He closely managed the project until completion and made sure every detail was right. We couldn't be happier with the end product. We highly recommend Wayne and Housley Builders for any construction or remodel requirements.

I was referred to Housley Builders because of their workmanship and fast turnover time, the problem I had with Wayne Housley, was he visited our home to give us an estimate ( which was out of the ballpark) and told us that the permit for Pima county was $4,000 … “we were only extending our Az room out 6’ feet.” ..so we called Pima County to see if that was correct, and we were told that it would be between $200-$300 dollars for our permit….we’re new to Arizona, and we always do background checks
