Came to fix my water heater. Other places needed to find the part, these guys had the part in stock and were over a $100 cheaper than anyone else for an emergency repair on Sunday. Highly recommend, Mark was a really good repair guy also, thank you!

A rep came to our house, told us there were several issues, charged a high fee and fixed nothing. Don't hire them to look at your tankless hot water heater. They charge you hundreds and don't fix a thing. I had to call another plumber to look at and fix the issue.

My landlord has called these people 4xs in the last 2 months and we still don't have hot water. Damn near spent the whole winter without hot water. Stop coming to thw 4300 block of West End Ave if you're not going to fix the problem!!!
