Honestly wasn't sure what company to go with but Horizon had good reviews so I gave them a shot. The technician showed me pictures of everything they cleaned out, stuff I never would've seen otherwise. Really appreciated the transparency. Came on time, got the job done quickly, and didn't try to push any extra services on me. Fair price for the quality of work. Will be using them again for sure.

I moved into a new place in Long Beach a few months ago and had no idea how dirty the ducts were from the previous owners. Horizon came out and not only vacuumed everything out but actually mopped the ducts too so there was nothing left behind. That extra step really surprised me. I didn't expect that level of thoroughness. The air feels completely different now. Would definitely recommend them!
