The business seemed organized initially, but the actual service quality was disappointing and far below what was advertised online previously.

THIS LOCATION AS WELL AS EVERY OTHER LOCATION IN FLORIDA IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!! THE CORPORATE OFFICE IN INDIANA IS FALSELY OPERATING IN STATE WITHOUT LICENSING!!!!

They did a roofing inspection and promised an estimate with a couple of days. Almost 3 weeks later, I have not heard back from them. I called multiple times at different hours, emailed and SMS with no response. Just yesterday I got to speak to someone and she said they're transitioning to a new management. This poor excuse is not a justification, but a proof that they're not reliable. An internal issue passed on to a potential customer? Truly bad.
