On a quarterly basis, HomeTeam comes to our home and provides our pest control service. Our technician, Virginia, is wonderful; very thorough and provides feedback if we have questions or concerns. She also brings to our attention if other residents are have any pest issues and to be on the lookout for them. It just occurred the other day, we notified HT and Virginia was out shortly after being notified to provide an additional service.

The technician arrived when he said he would, and did a thorough job.
