Because he does all the installation and service and pre-sites of jobs, He's not always at the store, call and make an appointment.It's worth it!
Derek (owner) is the best, he responds quickly on emails. He creates value for his customers, very honest and efficient. He installed a wood burning fire stove and pipe for me. Highly recommended.
