Carl was hired to replace the faucet head of our American Standard Saybrook faucet. I sent Carl the information so he could be prepared (there is a YouTube video of this process, 15 minutes max time). The head has hot/cold/filtered water in it. It is a simple process, disconnect the hose from hot/cold/filtered water under sink, pull out old hose, insert new, reattach. He did not know what he was doing and took the whole faucet apart.
