I had an inspection of my house done by HomeGuard. They arrived when they said they would, and they told me when they were leaving. They were very friendly, and didn't disturb me in the least. Avoid this home inspection company! The reports they provide are a complete joke. They missed a lot of issues wrong with the house. A lot of termite and dry rot damage was missed. That resulted in $100k worth of remediation. It seems they provide cookie cutter reports where they copy and paste report findings from a template. To make matters worse, they made an accounting error and forgot to bill me for over two years. Made for quite a surprise when i opened an invoice from them 2 years later
