Mr. Grant went well above my expectations while performing a home inspection for me. He was polite and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had with honesty and really made you feel he wanted you to know the quality of the home you are interested in. He really wants you as a buyer to walk through the home inspection with him to really explain in detail what he is noticing positive and negative.
