Three consecutive days of scheduling failures. I rearranged my schedule for the initial appointment and was asked to reschedule due to their workload. I adjusted again, and they were a no-show. After calling, I was told there was a mix-up and staff out sick. We rescheduled for 3:30–4:00 PM the next day, which I confirmed because I pick my son up at 3:00 PM. An hour before the appointment, they called asking to arrive at 3:00 PM instead. I explained that wouldn’t work because I wouldn’t be home
