These people are so unprofessional, they don't return your phone calls, and they are a joke. Jett was my Rep he didn't hesitate to bother me one evening while I was cutting grass to get me to sign up for this crap. All of a sudden he has gone ghost on me. This was definitely a lesson learned. I saw it as young guys in their early 20s trying to make a living, and I wanted to help. They talked a good game, but I am very unsatisfied.

I was scammed. A guy came selling the alarm system with promises of a simple process and not fully disclosing what I was being signed up for.
