They are HORRIBLE I moved this past weekend with “umovefree” apartment locators and had the worse experience ever! They do not know how to properly wrap mattresses and sadly I had to inform one of the guys to wrap my mattress in plastic they were just gonna carry it out no wrapping and put on the truck .
