5-year customer. The cleaning quality was consistently good, and we appreciated the team over the years. Recently, we received notice of a significant price increase (around 40%). I understand that costs change, but this felt substantial. When I responded that we needed to cancel, there was no reply - our services were simply canceled going forward. I respect their need to adjust pricing, but the lack of response and the size of the increase are something to keep in mind.
