NO SHOW! Scheduled a structural inspection, however the inspector didn't show. When I called the company they were unable to give me any details on where the inspector was. Eventually customer service told me the structural engineer manager keeps a hidden calendar from the rest of the company and could not see it and to keep waiting. 2.5 hours later someone called and told me they didn't actually schedule it. 6 people were inconvenienced by the disorganization at this company.

I’ve had multiple inspections performed by HIC. They are easy to work with and thorough.
