We ended up inspecting two homes before finally closing, and both times Devin did a thorough and detailed job. He gave us an easy to understand report, and was happy to answer questions afterwards. At one of the homes we had sellers that were either oblivious, or outright leaving things out, so it was nice to know that everything had been thoroughly checked and documented.
