TLDR: Go elsewhere for your knife sharpening needs. Dropped my Benchmade Pocket knife off on Monday. The gentleman who appeared to run the show looked at it said he would have it done by COB Tuesday. I’m a bit confused why he didn’t just knock it out right then and there as it would have taken 2 mins tops and I was the only customer. After three months of close to daily calls, trying to get the front doors to my new building with locks keyed the same, I end up with holes in my doors that I can’t cover, and additional costs close to $3,000 to repair and finish the work done.
