Initially, Manny visited our building and provided a base estimate (Mid March 2026). The issues started to begin when I requested that the proposal be updated to fit our specific building needs. Since Manny was out sick, Al came onsite in mid/early April to take another look at the building and to update the proposal.

I recently stopped by their Emerson location to have a key blank cut for my car. They cut it, I went home and found that it would not turn in my ignition. Went back the next day, handed a different gentleman my old and new keys, explained the situation and he proceeded to cut the old key instead of the new one. It’s a shame. They were a favorite of mine in Hudson C
