My husband has been on the phone with this consistently since before Christmas. They only take 1/3 of what’s in our recycling can. After multiple voicemails, and them doing us a solid and coming out today - they AGAIN took only the top of what’s on the bin.. maybe 1 broken up cardboard box worth and that was it. They made sure he knew there will be no discount on our bill and that it was our fault that it didn’t all get picked up because there was just so much of it … there wasn’t. It’s not jamm

Awful customer service. Absolutely overpriced. Will not fairly discuss pertinent issues with customers.
