They installed a reverse osmosis water filter system. Installation went smoothly and professionally. A couple months after installation the system started to leak. Turns out a defective part was causing the leak. They came out and installed a replacement part that fixed the leak. They were very courteous and helpful in repairing the leak and didn’t charge any fees as it was under warranty.
