The firm is unreliable. Appointments were not kept. Work was incomplete until we made numerous calls and texts. Of note, the mailbox is always full. While High End employees did good work :their subcontractors did not. High End overcharges for any necessary adjustment. $750 for an open ended box that they made incorrectly and not to the specs given. High End Cabinets are cheaper, but spend the extra money for a more reliable firm
