Whenever you have to call a well servicing company it's never fun. We've used two other well install/maintenance companies in past years but Hier is far better. Their office staff is consistently helpful, very prompt, and their techs are professional. They seem to genuinely care about customers in the way they speak with you, go out of their way to get you on their busy schedules, and make sure all is done properly. Hier Drilling GREAT! They have the best techs, they are on it when really need em, An absolute pleasure to work with. And they don't gouge you on extra service fees even when it's' an emergency situation (Other companies will gouge you when your in a pinch)They could take a lesson from HIER on customer service.
