The technicians that repaired my AC were great. They explained me the issue and informed me about everything they needed to do beforehand, they were respectful with my house and they were ok with my doggies :-)

Our AC broke on us today and within 1hr of calling Hi-Tech, they sent out a technician to diagnose & curate solutions to fix our AC. We had Andy as our technician, he was SO professional, easy to communicate with, never got frustrated by my hundreds of questions, and quick to get back to us with results, wasted no time. We appreciate him & will always call Hi-Tech back for future needs

Had no idea that milage from your shop to my location was a factor in the amount billed had I know I would have called plumbers closer to my location.
