I received a brand new roof install and cannot say enough good things about the entire process. From start to finish it was seamless. Alejandro came by first and did the full inspection of the roof he made sure to take pictures to show me everything that was happening and all damages that concerned him he was very friendly he made sure I understood the next steps of the process. A Heritage Roofing guy just knocked on our door and started probing how old our roof was and said he noticed that I had not gotten my roof replaced. Then he told me he was going on my roof to inspect it and walked away quickly. I yelled to him no, do not get on my roof. I can't believe without my permission he was just telling me (not asking!!!), that he was just going onto my roof. This after just last week Heritage knocked and we said we were not interested.
