Henderson Patios managed our sunroom build, which connected directly to three sides of our home’s rear corner. The structure needed custom framing and adjustments for slope, and they handled it without delays. It looks like it’s always been part of the home. They even coordinated with our HVAC contractor for future tie-ins. Very clean work, and they passed inspection on the first check.

We used them for a sunroom addition connected to our living room. Dennis led the crew and insulated the walls well enough to block outside noise. They tied into the roofline, so it doesn’t look separate. The structure is permanent.

Went with a louvered pergola system and needed real support for installation. Ray and Dan built the base and footings first, making sure water could drain properly. They then installed the louver frame and ensured the slope was correct for runoff. Everything fits and operates like it should. The structure is secure and mounted into the wall with the right seals and hardware.
