The last time I worked with Jake was a few years ago to put in an a/c window unit and some other house repairs. It was a great experience so I called him again for more handyman work. He has a fantastic memory and remembered what we needed to do with the AC unit how that it was connected to an app. He has great communication, he's prompt and he's just delightful to work with.
