This is just for the bid, but Joe eberle (spelling?) came out to my home and gave me a bid on potential work and was straightforward, answered any questions i had and gave me in depth explanations on everything that needed it. I'm still in the process of collecting more information bc my situation is a bit more complicated than most, but if I end up moving forward, it will be because of him.

DJ Schaeffer came to my house and gave me a proposal for my pool deck. He was so very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After that on 10/29 two crew members came and repaired my pool deck. Walker and another member I didn’t get the other person’s name were so very knowledgeable and helpful, kind and courteous. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Tim and Jordan were both wonderful to work with. After having our issue looked at by multiple companies who were going to charge us tens of thousands of dollars, Tim sat down with us and provided a fair estimate for the work that wouldn't require our basement be torn up for weeks. We are so glad we went with Helitech.

Cody Reynolds, Rayshaan Sykes, Chris McClain, & Nolan Scheer were professional, stayed in communication, and paid attention to detail throughout my waterproofing job. I'd highly recommended this crew from Helitech!
