My technician’s name was Melvin. He was very courteous. He showed me all the work he did. He answered my questions we did interact. I asked did he want a water or did he need some fruit? I have fruit. He was very pleasant. We ended up talking about our faith in Christ and he cleaned up everything and he was just a pleasure. I’m glad he was my technician.

Had a great project bidding experience with DJ Schaeffer for some potential pier work on our house. Personable and knowledgeable, had answers to all our questions, and easy to get a clear understanding of how they'd tackle the work we need done, and a minimal level of marketing, all very straightforward!
