Terrible service and follow up. Stay away from this unprofessional company. They reps do very little to help you. They made us call sunpower to activate system. All 3 sales reps are not available. No follow up. Installation was messy, they cracked tiles no mention of it, and left nails and washers on the roof. Forgot parts to finish the system which caused delays. When spoke to the owner he was surprised to hear anything negative. Clearly communication and accountability is lacking.if the o

We just got solar panels with Heliogold. Jasper and Jonathan Monge are two very professional and knowledgeable representatives of the company. They answered all our questions and explained everything really well. The installation crew did an excellent job. They kept us informed with each step of the process. The whole thing was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.

From the initial meeting all the way through to a potential service contract post-installation, the customer service at this company is....dare I say it...unparalleled? In a class by itself? He found nothing wrong. I showed my electric gas bill. 293 kWh $129. I also showed him the graf showing no electricity generated for January. It’s seems to be working fine now. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was very professional!
