Staff on the phone were super nice. I only had a problem with the pilot light, so they agreed to do a 5 minute video chat. If that didn't work, they were happy to get me scheduled with their next available appointment. The gentleman on the call walked me through how to twist the knob, and where to find the sparker. I had my Quadra fire installed in November 2022. I have burned several cords of wood over the last years. Last night the tubing at the top started leaking smoke & crackling right where the tech left a 8mm gap on the right (pictured). It started smelling terrible & had to kill my fire instantly. The tech on the phone also told me they should’ve put a direct 90 degree corner because it’s much more efficient. He told me that they couldn’t guarantee their work & it would be $235 just to diagnose it.
