We’ve now had Healthy Basement Concepts repair two basement leaks and each time the owner was extremely communicative, prompt, and answered all of my questions. The crew is so nice and also answers all questions, and explains the process thoroughly. We are extremely pleased with the results and won’t go to anyone else for our basement needs!

We had a couple of pumps installed in our garage to handle access rain water. Jason installed them about 4 years ago. We had a problem with our pumps a few weeks ago and he came out and fixed the problem right away. He is always professional responds quickly.

We had several companies come out to look at our foundation and Jason was the only one who took the time to actually listen to us and look at the area where the water was coming in.
