We got an appointment right away and Marc arrived right on time with all the necessary equipment to determine and identify the damage. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Initially, I was assigned to another restoration company by my insurance provider, but they did a terrible job. Frustrated, I turned to Yelp, found Mac, and he truly came to my rescue.
