Fantastic experience. I used HavenSmart to get Lutron Triathlon roller shades installed in my home (11 blinds total, upstairs and downstairs). The entire process went very smoothly, from choosing the roller shade design all the way to the install itself. Mike Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was great, I never felt like I was "out-of-the-loop" on where the project was, what the next steps were, etc. The install itself only took a day! The final product looks fabulous,

I discovered an issue with my security system's connection to the phone service. Bryan was able to correct the issue, which required a knowledge of the AT&T fiber system and how it was connected to the phone system in the house. Bryan was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
