I subscribe to the Hassler heater service plan. John Leanos came to perform routine maintenance and install a new filter to the system. He was very thorough and explained the steps he took and observations he made. John was very knowledgeable about the heating system and maintenance he performed on it. He also inspected our old on demand water heater and recommended next steps for its maintenance or replacement.

Very good service and help. Competent and friendly. Very very helpful smart guy.
