Read defined print. This company was great at the start. The salesman sounded great. Turns out, he sold me a system that's too small for my house. Now I have a part that's broken. I was on the assumption that everything is covered for 25 years. But it's not. The labor is not included. So I called a manufacturer and got the part sent to me. That was in november. I'm still trying to get a call back from this company to see what panel is actually out on my roof. The receptionist is amazing. Great

Sign contract since November 2025 up to now nothing has been done been reaching out to the company. No one responded back when they finally respond back back in March 25 of 26. He told us he was gonna keep us in the loop for me. this is May 19. Nothing has happened when you calling them. Are they telling you he’s on the phone? He’ll call you back. This company is not a good company. This company is not what you want to be. God forbid something happened to your solar panel no one recurrence calls
