Used app and they had an appointment within 30 minutes. Jacob showed on-time and had new kitchen sink drain and p-trap all set (in a tight spot!). We had a price before he started and it did not change despite him having to swap out a piece that came with our sink. We were referred by friends that were similarly pleased. We did not shop the price about, but your cost on many trades is $200/hr now.

Nick from Harry Hayes plumbing was great. He came and replaced the elements in our water heater, explained what he was doing and why. Professional attitude, cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure to deal with. Also, Sarah from the office was very friendly and very helpful. Great first impression for the company! Overall, they did good work at a fair price, much better than I can say for some others in the area. Highly recommended them for your plumbing needs.
