Harder tree service contracted by PSEG came to my home to time my trees near the power lines and they did a lousy job in cleaning up the mess. They picked up the big branches they cut but left little twigs all over my curb and driveway and lawn and to top it off the spilled oil all over my curb. I contacted PSEG and they were supposed to reach out to a supervisor at harder tree. But I never heard back and the never returned to clean up the mess that they left behind never will I use harder tre

They came out and completed the evaluation for a tree cutting quote, but I never received the promised follow-up call or email. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. If they can’t follow through on something this simple, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them with the actual job. Very disappointing experience.
