After 2 years, my appoxiee surface coating performed by Happy Pools began to bubble and chip off. I could tell something was wrong. The contractors I had out to look at my pool and indicated that it was done improperly. So, I had Happy Pools back to examine it, they wouldn’t guarantee their work, but quoted me a new $6k quote to resurface the pool and said they would guarantee this work for 2 years.
