Update: Owner contacted me today and informed me that gentleman asking for the tip has been terminated. I appreciated the call and that the situation was resolved. Arrived with a UHaul truck 3 hrs after scheduled appt. (They did notify me they'd be late). Three movers arrived, the tallest gentlemen, did the brunt of the packing and was outstanding as was the owner. The 3rd man was eh. I was surprised by the third man asking if I had any food.
