Nova was fantastic, very knowledgeable and expedient. We had a last minute window emergency and Hansons worked swiftly to accommodate in this nasty Michigan February winter. Had shower installed. One person came early to begin and the other came shortly afterward. Very friendly. Clean up was done well. Had one issue that was quickly resolved after contacting the project manager.

I must start off first with the salesman that came and gave me a quote for the windows Ron n associate very professional on time gave me every detail showed me how the windows would look. Then there was a Alyssa who matched the competitors who price was cheaper .Then the installers Jack n associate magnificent above and beyond it was the coldest windiest day I thought they would cancel but they came and installed 7 windows did a great job installation and clean up.I'm very impressed with Ha
