Matt has done some good quality work for me and the apartment building where I live. He was very pleasant to deal with. He is really quite talented and respectful. He has a very strong work ethic. He even wears boot covers upon entering your home. Matt originally came to my place to fix a closet shelf which he did a fantastic job on.
