Rob Shepherd did a great job installing ceiling beam and replacing fan on screened porch.

On April 29th 2026 I received an estimate for work to be performed from Handyman connection. On May 4th 2026 i approved the estimate and was told that within a day or two someone will contact me to schedule the work. As of today 5/18/26, 2 weeks since i approved the estimate NO-ONE has contacted me to schedule it. I understand that contractors are busy these days, but this is extremely poor customer service from this company. I get ghosted all the time from independent contractors i find on Next

Can't recommend them enough. Came out to install a sink and faucet for me. When he discovered it was concrete behind my sink he was as gentle as possible as to not break the tile while drilling the studs. Found out during the process the sink didn't have a drain with it so he ran to Lowes to pick it up. Rates were very fair, quick to schedule and did an amazing job!
