Called in because my car broke down only to get snapped at by a worker named Dai. Super rude and made the situation worse. If you want to get snarky remarks while you’re stranded in the middle of the road unable to move your car, Dai is your guy.

You can rely on Dai at Handyman Auto Repair. Been going to him about 5+ years now. EDIT: I moved away several months ago, driving 2900 miles to my new residence. Just before I left Dai gave my car a thorough inspection and took care of anything I needed for a car with 110,000 miles, plus an oil change. I recently got my new emissions inspection. Dai is an outstanding mechanic. He did a fantastic job replacing the timing belt on my 20+ year-old Toyota 4Runner, as well as servicing the differential oils, brakes, and power steering fluid — all at a very fair price and completed on time. He’s extremely knowledgeable about 4Runners and takes the time to carefully evaluate and explain what truly needs attention, rather than recommending unnecessary services.
