What I ordered came quickly and the person helping me was friendly. I ordered the wrong part for my dryer door — which is on me — and he did say the order was final which, again, is on me. I do wish he had picked up on the fact I was green-lighting the purchase of a ‘plastic’ part when I had described to him the ‘glass’ shattering on the door. Wouldn’t have crossed my mind a piece of plastic was $80. But the reason for three stars is that had I bought this anywhere else, it would have been retur
