We had springs and rollers replaced a few months ago. Everything was great. The door recently started making some odd noises. They came back and corrected the problem. Great service.

Called for a broken torsion spring, H&H was able to come out the same day. Arrived on time, confirmed a broken spring as well as a fraying lift cable, and offered multiple repair options ranging from basic spring replacement to also replacing cables, drums, bearings, and rollers. All options were reasonably priced. I opted to replace springs, drums, cables, bearings, and rollers given the doors age and signs of wear on these parts. Work was done in under 2 hours and the door now opens/closes
