A year and a half ago we hired Hamm's flooring to install VCT tile in our kitchen and 2 other rooms. Within a day the tile was cracking. We called Jaylen, the owner's son. He sent someone out who said that the whole thing needed replacing. They also sent Don out several months later to look at it again. By this time it was much worse.
