Response from the owner a week ago

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of this company operates in a way that includes no process for helping ensure that customers desired product is what they want. We are SO unsatisfied in working with Hall's and I DO not recommend them. Not only did we pay a premium price, we did not receive the product or service we wanted with our doors. They refused to do anything to help us resolve this issue and we now have to work with the manufacturer directly. Please save yourselves the time

I just wanted to thank you and let you know that we love this door! Excellent quality and the instal crew was professional and the finish quality was supreme. Won my business for life!
